Branding aid projects and initiatives: For managing contractors, NGOs, multilaterals and other partners

Download Resource

According to this 2015 information note, branding is a key mechanism for enhancing the visibility of the Australian Government’s international development and aid initiatives. Correct branding maximises recognition of the development role played by the Australian Government, alongside its broader public diplomacy strategy. All partners, including non-governmental organizations and managing contractors, should use the Australian Aid Identifier to brand all aid and development activities delivered overseas with support from the Australian Government.

Please see the website below for the latest advice and to download logo files. The site states that partners must adhere to visibility and acknowledgement clauses in contracts and agreements. It is the responsibility of the Head of Mission at development posts to ensure compliance.
